Terms of Service
The rules that apply when you access Nepal 360 News, create an account, or use reader features.
Last updated: September 29, 2026
These Terms govern your access to Nepal 360 News and its websites, accounts, newsletters, comments, and other services. By using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Who may use the service
You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept them. A parent or guardian is responsible for a minor’s permitted use.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate information, protect your password, and keep account details current. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. We may require verification or limit access to protect the service or users.
Permitted use
You may read, link to, and share publicly available pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish substantial portions, remove attribution, sell our content, systematically scrape the service, bypass controls, interfere with operation, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, or use the service unlawfully.
Journalism and intellectual property
Articles, photographs, graphics, video, audio, branding, design, and software are owned by Nepal 360 News or their licensors. Brief quotations may be used where law permits with clear attribution and a link to the original page. Other reproduction requires permission from the rights holder.
User submissions
You retain ownership of original material you submit. For public comments or material submitted for publication, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, distribute, moderate, and preserve it for operating and promoting the service. You confirm you have the necessary rights.
Community conduct
Do not submit threats, harassment, hate, unlawful material, private personal information, spam, deceptive content, malware, or content that infringes rights. We may review, edit, reject, remove, or restrict submissions and accounts. Moderation does not create an obligation to monitor every submission.
Corrections and developing stories
Journalism may be updated as facts develop. We aim to correct meaningful errors transparently. Send a specific correction request through our Contact page.
Third-party services
The service may contain embedded media, sign-in services, advertisements, or links operated by others. We do not control their content, availability, security, or policies. Your use of them is governed by their terms.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, impose reasonable limits, or perform maintenance without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. We may update these terms and will publish the revised version with a new date.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. News and general information are not personal legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Nepal 360 News and its staff, contributors, and providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, or opportunity arising from use of the service. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Indemnity, suspension, and termination
Where permitted by law, you are responsible for claims and reasonable costs resulting from unlawful use, your submissions, or a material breach. We may suspend or end access for security, legal compliance, serious or repeated violations, or protection of others.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Nepal will hear disputes unless applicable consumer law requires another forum.
